1.本報(bào)告無專用章和批準(zhǔn)人簽章無效。 This report is invalid without the approver’s signatures and special seal of inspection.

2.委托單位對(duì)報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)如有異議，請于報(bào)告完成之日起十五日內(nèi)向本單位書面提出復(fù)測申請，同時(shí)附上報(bào)告原件并預(yù)付復(fù)測費(fèi)。 If the applicant has any questions about the results,shall provide a written retest application,the original report and prepay the retest fees to F&C within fifteen days since the approval date.

3.委托單位辦理完畢以上手續(xù)后，本單位會(huì)盡快安排復(fù)測。如果復(fù)測結(jié)果與異議內(nèi)容相符，本單位將退還委托單位的復(fù)測費(fèi)。 After the applicant finishes the procedure mentioned above,F&C shall arrange the retest as soon as possible.If the retest result accords with the applicant dissent,F&C shall refund the retest fees.

4.不可重復(fù)性或不能進(jìn)行復(fù)測的實(shí)驗(yàn)，不進(jìn)行復(fù)測，委托單位放棄異議權(quán)利。 Tests that can not be repeated and tested shall not be carried out again.

5.委托單位對(duì)樣品的代表性和資料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)，否則本單位不承擔(dān)任何相關(guān)責(zé)任。 The applicant should undertake the responsibility for the provided samples’ repesentativeness and document authenticity. Otherwise,F&C has not any relevant responsibilities.

6.本報(bào)告僅對(duì)所測樣品負(fù)責(zé)，相關(guān)項(xiàng)目未取得資質(zhì)認(rèn)定，僅作為科研、教學(xué)或內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制之用，不做為社會(huì)公證數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)于測試數(shù)據(jù) 的使用、使用所產(chǎn)生的直接或間接損失及一切法律后果，本單位不承擔(dān)任何經(jīng)濟(jì)和法律責(zé)任。 This report is only responsible for the tested sample.The test data only represent the evaluation of tested sample and are only used for scientific research and production by the applicant,not for social justice data.F&C will not be responsible for any economical Or legal liability generated from direct or indirect usage of the test report.

7.本單位有權(quán)在完成報(bào)告后處理所測樣品。 F&C has the right to dispose the tested sample after approval of the test report.

8.本單位保證工作的客觀公正性，對(duì)委托單位的商業(yè)信息、技術(shù)文件等商業(yè)秘密履行保密義務(wù)。 F&C assures objectivity and impartiality of the test ,and fulfills the obligation of confidentiality for applicant’s commercial information,and technique document.
